Use this Flash timer to have frequent out of body experiences and lucid dreams.
Incidentally, this timer works on Play Station Portables (PSP) as well which may be easier to use in your bedroom than a laptop.

The idea is to get one that you can easily operate just by moving your thumb and without having to look at it. This means you can turn it off when it beeps, increment the timer by 10 or 15 minutes, then tell it to start counting down again.
